Zeta Beta Tau is proud to be the first fraternity that abolished pledging.
Zeta Beta Tau’s brotherhood program is known as THE JOURNEY. This program focuses on the lifelong commitment that brothers make to ZBT and to each other. We believe brothers need to earn their membership every day.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE IN A JEWISH FRATERNITY?
ZBT was originally founded as a Jewish fraternity back in 1898. However, since 1954, we now admit all men of good character, regardless of race, creed, faith or color. We firmly stand against all forms of hate in our communities, and we are working to create a safer and more inclusive college and community environment for all students.
We do work to maintain partnerships within the campus and greater Jewish communities through partnership with organizations such as Chabad and Hillel.
